How much should you spend on Wedding Flowers? Everything I’ve read says 8% of your budget. But that doesn’t help anyone figure out how much they actually cost. DIY Wedding flowers are the way to go if you want to have gorgeous flowers on a budget. At my own wedding I wanted to make sure we had a lot of gorgeous, brightly colored flowers. We spent $350 on flowers and my friends and family helped arrange them in bouquets. There were plenty for my bouquet, my four bridesmaids and 2-3 arrangements on over 20 picnic tables. Depending on the style of your wedding, floral arrangements can be one of the easiest things to DIY.
